Job Title: Plumbing Lecturer
Job Type: Temporary

Hourly Rate: £40 per hour

Roles and Responsibilities:
* Deliver high-quality teaching in Plumbing across Level 1 to Level 3.
* Support and mentor learners in both practical and theoretical aspects of the subject.
* Prepare lesson plans, schemes of work, and course materials in line with curriculum standards.
* Monitor student progress and provide constructive feedback.
* Contribute to the development of the plumbing curriculum and promote best teaching practices.
* Maintain a safe and engaging workshop environment in compliance with health and safety regulations.
* Participate in college meetings, CPD, and enrichment activities.
Skills & Experience:
* A relevant Plumbing qualification (minimum Level 3).
* A recognised teaching qualification (e.g., PGCE, Cert Ed, DTLLS) or willingness to work towards one.
* Industry experience in plumbing or a related trade.
* Strong classroom management and communication skills.
* A commitment to supporting learners in achieving their goals.
* A clean, enhanced Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS) check.
