Bars Manager – Rotunda, King's Place We’re looking for an experienced, personable Bars Manager to lead and inspire our beverage operations across Kings Place, including our acclaimed Rotunda restaurant bar, concert bar, café, and high-profile event drinks delivery. This is an exceptional opportunity for someone with excellent knowledge of wine, cocktails, and spirits, who can balance creativity with operational excellence and a warm, guest-focused approach. What you’ll do: · Manage and develop the main bar at Rotunda, ensuring outstanding service and an engaging guest experience. · Oversee the concert bar and café beverage sales, maintaining quality and speed during busy service. · Curate and manage drinks for a range of high-profile events at Kings Place. · Lead, train, and inspire your team to deliver consistent, personable service. · Drive beverage sales while ensuring cost control and stock management.
