General Manager with Accommodation
McMullens is seeking an experienced General Manager to oversee our destination pub, the Old Beams, in Milton Keynes. The pub is part of our Destination Inns concept, offering relaxed dining in a historic setting with modern amenities. The role involves managing daily operations, leading a team, and driving sales growth.
The successful candidate will have a proven track record in volume food-led businesses, excellent leadership skills, and a passion for food and guest service. Creativity, energy, and problem-solving abilities are essential to enhance the pub's reputation and guest experience.
