Key Duties
* Lead, motivate, and support a team to achieve daily production targets.
* Ensure products meet quality and client specifications.
* Maximise efficiency across production lines.
* Follow and promote all health, safety, and quality standards.
* Complete paperwork and production systems accurately.
* Act as a role model for best practice across the site.
Requirements
* Previous experience in a Team Leader role within production or food manufacturing preferred.
* Strong leadership and motivational skills.
* Ability to make confident decisions in a fast‑paced environment.
* Problem‑solving mindset with a focus on continuous improvement.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
