About Our Client

Due to growth in business the ever growing back office team is looking for a Coordinator to join the team on a full time permanent basis.
Job Description
As a Coordinator you will:
3. Liaise with customers regarding delivery enquiries
4. Maintain internal CRM systems and spreadsheets regarding deliveries and orders
5. Work with the warehouse and logistics manager to ensure schedules are accurate for drivers
6. Liaise with the warehouse team and department heads regarding availability of goods
7. Assist with picking and packing online orders when required
8. Assist with preparing goods for delivery and loading vans when required
9. Ensure the Dispatch Centre is well maintained and secure
10. General admin tasks relating to the role
The Successful Applicant
The successful Coordinator will have:
11. Strong admin skills including the use of Outlook, Excel and using CRM/ERP systems
12. The ability to coordinate tasks and delegate work when required to do so
13. Work well in a team as well as independently
14. Have a polite telephone manner to liaise with external contacts via phone
15. Strong organisational skills and be willing to get hands on if required!
16. Be flexible including being able to work occasional weekends
