The Role
* Deliver engaging, high-quality group and 1:1 sessions in employability and vocational qualifications such as Customer Service, Business Administration, and Adult Social Care.
* Mentor and support learners to achieve qualifications, embedding Maths, English, and employability skills.
* Track learner progress, set SMART targets, and ensure timely achievement of qualifications.
* Create a positive and inclusive learning environment, helping learners overcome barriers to attendance, motivation, or performance.
* Work to Ofsted standards, safeguarding requirements, and quality frameworks.
* Every day will be different - from teaching and coaching to motivating and problem-solving - with the chance to see the real difference you make in learners' lives.
About You
* Qualified to teach or train at Level 3 or above (PTLLS, AET, or equivalent).
* Experienced in delivering employability, functional skills, or vocational qualifications.
* Passionate about education and supporting learners from diverse backgrounds.
* Adaptable and organised, with strong communication and coaching skills.
* Confident with IT, learner tracking, and performance reporting.
* (Desirable) Holds an IAG qualification and previous sector experience.
