The Opportunity
This is an exciting opportunity to join a small, collaborative Compliance team within a fast-expanding insurance brokerage. You will work closely with the Head of Compliance and the wider Operations team, acting as a trusted compliance partner to the business.

Key Responsibilities
In this role, you will support the Head of Compliance in all day-to-day compliance activity, ensuring the business continues to meet its regulatory obligations and operates to the highest standards. Core responsibilities include:
* Ensuring adherence to FCA regulatory requirements and relevant industry codes of practice
* Supporting the implementation and application of internal policies and procedures
* Providing clear, pragmatic compliance advice to colleagues across the organisation
* Conducting compliance monitoring activity and preparing structured reporting
* Assisting with regulatory training, guidance and awareness activity
* Contributing to business-wide projects, helping to drive efficiency, quality and change
* Offering input and support on broader strategic compliance and operational initiatives
You will be a valued partner to the business, helping teams understand regulatory expectations and supporting them to deliver compliant, client-focused outcomes.
