* Lead incident resolution and coordinate partner agencies to address isolated or wider community‑based ASB.
* Manage a caseload related to anti‑social behaviour within a multi‑disciplinary partnership Community Safety Team.
* Gather evidence and prepare paperwork for court, attending court to present cases as necessary.
* Work within and across communities, collaborating with statutory and non‑statutory agencies to tackle anti‑social behaviour.
* Engage with Police, local businesses, and key partner agencies to address community concerns in front‑line operations and other interventions.

Requirements and Qualifications

* Good knowledge of ASB legislation and experience of partnership working with statutory and non‑statutory agencies.
* Ability to work unsupervised and prioritise own workload through self‑organisation.
* Strong conflict‑management skills using communication and situational management.
* Excellent teamwork experience, preferably in the relevant functional area.
* Impartial decision‑making based on evidence.
* Physical fitness and ability to patrol in all weather conditions.
* Full valid driving licence and access to a vehicle.
* Ability to maintain confidentiality regarding sensitive material.

* A competitive salary.
* A defined benefit pension scheme based on career average earnings, with option for voluntary contributions.
* A generous annual leave entitlement with the option to purchase additional leave.
* National award‑winning employee health and wellbeing programme.
* Employee benefits scheme with discounts on local and national goods and services.
* Full uniform and Personal Protective Equipment provided.
