Receptionist
Location: Thatcham Dental
Hours: 34.30 hours per week

Key Responsibilities
* Providing an exceptional patient journey both in person and over the phone
* Managing the diaries and making sure that the time is filled correctly
* Working with the team to understand the full range of NHS and Private treatment options available within the practice
* Completing relevant forms for NHS and private schemes within a specified timescale
* Taking payments and chasing outstanding patient debt
* Liaising with dental laboratories, supply companies and other organisations
Key Skills And Experience
* Ability to easily build rapport, and work to a high level of customer service
* Ability and passion to build your knowledge of treatment options within the dental sector – becoming an expert on what your practice has to offer!
* Passionate about driving the success of the practice by seizing opportunities
* Able to follow processes and work in a structured and organised way
* Comfortable working to practice KPIs (call answer rate, data capture and rebooking)
* IT skills with the ability to learn SOE software
* Positive nature - Able to show resilience and always work in a composed manner
* Strong attention to detail
* An excellent team player
