As Sous Chef, youll play a key role in supporting the Head Chef in running the kitchen day to day, while still having the chance to bring your own ideas to the table.

£35,000 per annum plus £10,000 to £12,000 service charge

Responsibilities as the Sous Chef
Supporting the Head Chef with the day-to-day running of the kitchen
Maintaining high standards across service and preparation
