Attendance Officer - Haverfordwest High VC School
Salary: Grade 5 - £26,824 - £27,694 pro rata. 37 hours per week term time only for 49.8 weeks per annum equating to £25,620.16 pro rata (term plus 4 weeks. 2 weeks in the summer holidays, then 2 weeks throughout the other school holidays).
Haverfordwest High VC School is excited to offer an opportunity for a motivated and committed Attendance Officer to join our dedicated administrative team, starting as soon as possible. The working weeks for this post will be term‑time, plus two weeks in the holidays, but full‑time hours could also be considered.
This is a rewarding and impactful role where you will play a key part in supporting student success. You will lead on coordinating attendance processes across the school, working proactively to improve attendance rates and foster a strong culture of punctuality and engagement. In addition, you will support the smooth admission of new pupils, helping them feel welcomed and ready to thrive from day one.
