Location: Bournemouth (with occasional travel to London) Contract: Full-time, 37.5 hours per week, office based We’re looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Paralegal to join our busy Residential Property team in Bournemouth. This is a fantastic opportunity to develop your legal career with a well-respected firm, working alongside experienced partners and fee earners on a diverse range of property matters. About the Role As a Paralegal, you’ll play a key role in supporting the team by: Managing a caseload from file opening to completion. Providing high-quality support to fee-earners, including drafting documents and conducting research. Handling daily case management tasks such as file reviews, actioning deadlines, and liaising with clients, estate agents, and solicitors. Assisting with completions and post-completion procedures, including fund transmissions and redemptions. Maintaining accurate and detailed records on the case management system. What We’re Looking For: Previous legal experience (desirable but not essential). An LPC, Law degree, MILEX qualification, or equivalent (desirable). A good working knowledge of conveyancing and related property matters. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal. Excellent attention to detail, organisation, and time management skills. Confidence using IT systems (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and legal software). A proactive and solution-focused mindset, able to meet deadlines and manage competing priorities.
