Liquid Personnel are currently working exclusively alongside Rutland council to recruit for social workers to join their Child protection and permanency team. This role is ideal for a qualified social worker who is looking for a new challenge within a very stable local authority.

Duties of a Child protection and permanence social worker
1. Carry a caseload consisting of CiC, CP and CiN cases.
2. Prepare assessments, Cin reviews and plans as well as CP and CLA plans
3. Maintain accurate and up to date records of files
4. Take part in team meetings and participate in team development
5. Prepare for case conferences, court and meetings when required

Key requirements for the role

13. Have completed your ASYE
