Description
* Maintain, repair and optimise production line machinery to ensure smooth operations.
* Carry out preventative maintenance to reduce downtime and increase efficiency.
* Collaborate with the production team to troubleshoot and solve machinery issues.
* Adhere to health and safety regulations at all times.
* Provide technical support and training to junior team members.
* Assist in the implementation of new machinery and equipment.
* Manage maintenance documentation and records.
* Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives within the engineering department.
Profile
* A strong background in engineering and manufacturing
* Excellent problem-solving skills and a detail-oriented approach.
* Proficiency in using various tools, machinery, and software related to maintenance and repair.
* A good understanding of health and safety regulations.
* Strong communication and teamwork skills.
Job Offer
* A competitive salary up to £50450 including shift allowance.
* A rewarding shift pattern of 3 on 3 off, 2 weeks days, 1 week nights on rotation.
