The role

Are you a people person who enjoys creating a welcoming first impression? We're looking for a Receptionist to join our team on a part-time basis, Monday to Friday. We can offer 20 or 25 hours per week (or something in between), with the hours spread evenly across the week. We're also happy to discuss start and finish times that work best for you.

As the first point of contact on our Weymouth front desk, you'll play a key role in providing a professional, friendly, and helpful reception and telephone service for our clients, visitors, and colleagues.

Alongside reception duties, you'll also support our office team with a variety of administrative tasks, working closely with our wider reception and admin colleagues across AG.

This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys variety, values teamwork, and takes pride in delivering excellent service every day.

What we need from you

Ideally you will:

* Have some reception or telephone experience, ideally within an office or high quality customer environment
* Be a confident and collaborative team player
* Have excellent people skills and the ability to demonstrate outstanding customer service to clients
* Pride yourself on your planning, organisation and prioritisation skills
* Be comfortable using IT software

We understand that not everyone will come with these exact requirements. If your experience isn't a complete match but you feel you could bring a lot to AG, we'd still encourage you to apply so that we can learn more about you

What we can give you in return

We offer a fantastic place to work with a competitive and flexible benefits package. This includes:

* A minimum of 25 days holiday which increases with length of service. Plus the option to buy and sell holiday
* An annual salary review
* Payment of any professional subscriptions relevant to your role
* Group pension scheme
* Life assurance, which includes access to a smart health app
* An employee assistance programme for you and your family
* One volunteering day per year
* Cinema Society discounts
* GymFlex discounts
* Bupa health and cash plans available
* Electric car and cycle to work schemes
