Role Responsibility
1. Be the first point of contact for member queries on our telephone advice line.
2. Provide medico/dentolegal and ethical advice to members.
3. Proactively manage assigned case files of varying complexity such as general advice, complaints, inquests and regulatory issues.
4. Determine the level of member assistance to be granted in accordance with the membership policy and benefits on individual cases.
5. Deliver fair treatment and outcomes for members at all times, remaining compliant with associated policies and standards.
6. Other responsibilities may include presentations, article writing and coaching.

7. Has a genuine interest in medico/dentolegal and ethical challenges
8. Displays professionalism and resilience
9. Handles pressure with determination
10. Works well in a team, whilst also having the confidence to work autonomously
11. Has excellent time management and prioritisation skills
12. Confident and proficient with computer use
13. Tackles complex issues with a keen eye for detail and with the ability to make pragmatic decisions
14. Possesses strong verbal and written communication skills

15. Familiarity with healthcare law and ethics
16. File and case handling experience
17. Past exposure to clinical or healthcare environments
18. Experience utilising Teams for hybrid working
19. Experience using CRM or other case management programmes
