Role: Stock Team Member
Shifts you are applying for: 8.50 hrs p/w; Sun 11:00 - 14:00; Tue 09:00 - 15:00. Working as part of a fast-paced store team, your top priority will be to locate, pack and promptly process stock, ensuring it's presented to our customers. When needed on the salesfloor, your outstanding customer service skills will shine through. Flexible working options are available.
To be a successful Stock Team Member you will have perfect products available for our online customers by:
Responsibilities
* Accurately processing stock quickly and to the highest standard, including locating, packing and transferring stock in and out of store
* Meeting deadlines to always deliver to our customers at the promised time
* Keeping operational areas of the store clean, tidy and organised
* Working in all areas of the store as needed, including the sales floors, to offer fast and friendly service
* Working as part of the store team, reporting to one of our Coordinators or Managers
* Being a great communicator who is friendly, calm and efficient even on busy days
* Being accurate, thorough and well organised with excellent attention to detail
* Taking pride in your work and approaching all tasks with energy and dedication
* Being happy to work on your own and stay busy to achieve performance targets
* Being flexible, supportive and ready to go the extra mile for the team and customers
* Enjoying taking control of your own development
Requirements/Qualifications
* Clear communication and a professional, friendly, calm approach
* Accuracy, thoroughness and good organisational skills
* Energy, pace and dedication; able to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
* Willingness to work on your own initiative and meet performance targets
* Flexibility and a proactive attitude to support the team and customers
* Commitment to developing your skills and taking on responsibilities

This role is not typically considered for sponsorship under the Skilled Worker route due to Home Office requirements on skills level. What’s Next
As part of your application you will be required to complete an online assessment. This will involve a Working with Numbers Assessment and a Retail Scenarios Assessment. Our in-store recruitment team will review the successfully completed applications and contact those who match the job criteria closely to arrange an initial interview to learn more about you.
