Rapid Response Career.
Unique opportunity to join us as part of our rapid response team. We're looking for 2 unique individuals who are looking to join a team who do exactly what it says on the tin, were a small family run domiciliary provider whose passion is making a difference however small it can be, our aim is to make everyone in the Aphoenix family know there cared for. (cheesy but true) These persons will need to have experience within the domiciliary / home care industry, a passion to make a difference and who will ensure the best interests of the staff and service users come above all. We have a unique team who are simply amazing. We started the company to be a small provider in our local area where we live to bring back that ole community spirit and have a sense of pride when we wear our uniforms. The role will include·
A contracted role for 40 hours each week, Being hands on covering care calls· Covering annual leave and sickness on a rota basis covering the whole service· Supporting our Service users club every other Friday Anyone who has worked within home care knows it can at times be a 24/7 role, so commitment is key. We're looking for 2 individuals to work opposite each other each week .What we can offer is Full training for all care certificate mandatory courses, auto enrolment onto Health and Social Care Diploma.
