About The Role The Supplier Contract Specialist is responsible for drafting, negotiating, and managing supplier contracts throughout their lifecycle. This role ensures compliance with internal policies and external regulations, supports supplier governance, and collaborates with legal, commercial, procurement, and operational teams to optimize supplier relationships and mitigate contractual risks. Your Key Responsibilities Will Also Include Draft, review, and negotiate supplier contracts, including terms and conditions, service level agreements, and pricing. Manage the end-to-end contract lifecycle, including renewals, amendments, and terminations. Ensure compliance with company policies, legal standards, and regulatory requirements. Maintain accurate records of contracts and related documentation. Collaborate with procurement, commercial, legal, and operational teams to align contract terms with business objectives. Monitor supplier performance and adherence to contractual obligations. Resolve contractual disputes and support corrective actions. Support audits and reporting related to supplier contracts. Provide guidance and training on contract management best practices. What do you need? Proven experience in contract drafting, negotiation, and management. Strong understanding of procurement processes and supplier governance. Knowledge of legal terminology and regulatory compliance. Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills. Attention to detail and strong organizational abilities. Proficiency in contract management systems and Microsoft Office Suite. Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities. Degree in Business, Law, Supply Chain Management, or related field would be preferred. CIPS qualification would be desirable.
