This role involves designing consumer and operational mobile apps, web admin tools, and physical environmental graphics. What you will do
* Design end-to-end user journeys for consumer apps, internal operations tools, and administrative platforms.
* Create physical-to-digital touchpoints including pod decals, signage, and environmental graphics to guide user behavior.
* Establish and maintain a comprehensive design system, UI patterns, and interaction principles to ensure cross-platform consistency.
The ideal candidate
* Proven experience translating complex product logic into simple, elegant, and intuitive mobile and web interfaces.
* Ability to work in a fast-paced scale-up environment, moving quickly from scrappy concepts to polished prototypes.
* Strong background in using research, usage data, and real-world observation to validate and iterate on design decisions.
