Job Description
Engineering Team Leader required to lead maintenance team in a fast paced & growing FMCG business for a market leading company commutable from Falkirk, West Lothian, Stirlng & Glasgow. This position is based on a continental shift pattern and is within the drinks industry
The Role:
* Provide engineering advice and coaching where necessary.
* Manage and/or participate in manufacturing improvement project teams
* Lead team of engineers within proactive and reactive maintenance in a fast paced manufacturing environment
* Schedule, collate and generate data on a monthly basis of all site plant from a condition monitoring viewpoint, highlighting pre-fail components
The Candidate:
* Must be a good communicator
* Detailed engineering knowledge of all aspects of manufacturing equipment
* Recognised apprenticeship qualification or equivalent in relevant engineering discipline
* Understanding of the contribution Engineering can make to the achievement of Manufacturing KPIs
* Must have been in a leadership role within engineering and has extensive experience of managing people
* Must be or have been a multiskilled engineer with hands on experience within FMCG
