Location: London
Hours: Monday–Friday, 09:30–17:30

A leading US law firm is seeking an experienced Receptionist to join their London office based in an iconic landmark. This is a fantastic opportunity for a polished and professional front of house individual who thrives in a client-facing role.
The Role:
You will be the first point of contact for clients and visitors, delivering a 5 star reception service and ensuring a welcoming, professional environment at all times. Responsibilities include managing meeting rooms, coordinating room setups, supporting events, handling calls and emails, and providing general administrative support to the wider team.
About You:
Previous experience in a reception, ideally within a professional services or corporate environment
Confident, well-presented, and customer-focused
Highly organised with strong attention to detail
Professional communication skills and a calm, proactive approach
