This is a full‑time role based in the office, 5 days per week. The office is in a rural location, so your own transport is essential.

Responsibilities
* Supporting management accounts preparation, schedules and financial commentary
* Producing cost of sales, stock and margin reporting
* Assisting with budgeting, forecasting and variance analysis
* Monitoring and supporting cost control across R&D projects
* Maintaining the fixed asset register and related reporting
* Contributing to ERP improvements and finance process development
Requirements
* Previous experience supporting management accounts processes
* Part‑qualified status or equivalent finance training
* Strong Excel capability and confidence working with financial data
* Exposure to costing or manufacturing finance environments
* Ability to work across multiple operational areas with financial accuracy
