Overview
Deputy Store Manager at Lidl. You’ll be involved on the shop floor and behind the scenes, managing cash processes, stock integrity and leading your team. You’ll take ownership in the Store Manager’s absence and support colleagues by leading by example.
Salary: £36,000 to £44,500 per annum | 30-35 days’ holiday (pro rata) | 10% in-store discount | Pension scheme. We’ll provide a competitive salary based on equal opportunity and pay structures, plus a generous benefits package designed to support your well-being and life outside Lidl.

What you'll do
* Set a spectacular example for the Store Team and your customers
* Independently manage the store in the absence of the Store Manager
* Motivate and support your team, learning from our Company Values
* Diligently check and work deliveries, manage the till area and monitor KPIs
* Be a friendly face for every customer, offering excellent service and helping with all customer queries
* Comply with Health and Safety laws, standards and guidelines

* Experience leading and developing a team in a challenging, fast-paced environment
* Excellent communication skills to help colleagues and customers in a friendly and open way
* A knack for time management, delegation and problem-solving
* The confidence to support your team through every shift
