The Sous Chef will support the Head Chef in delivering a menu built around 100 fresh, seasonal ingredients, all cooked from scratch. The Sous Chef will play a key role in leading the brigade, maintaining high standards, and helping to develop new dishes that reflect the venues ethos: sustainability, collaboration, and honest cooking. This is an ideal role for a strong Sous Chef ready to thrive in a busy, high:profile environment with a loyal following.
Sous Chef requirements:
* Proven experience as a Sous Chef in a quality fresh:food kitchen
* Comfortable running high:volume service with consistency and flair
* A calm, hands:on leader with a collaborative mindset
* Passionate about fresh, seasonal ingredients and sustainable sourcing
