Client Care Advisor
Location: Pets 'n' Vets, Crookfur Branch, Newton Mearns, Scotland, United Kingdom
Salary: £10,258.56 per annum
Job Type: Permanent, Part-time
Hours: 16 hours per week – Monday & Wednesday
We are currently seeking a new receptionist to join our fantastic team! We would like to hear from candidates who are friendly, customer-focused and confident working in a busy environment.
The position will best suit a proactive and enthusiastic individual with a passion for providing excellent customer service.
Must be flexible to support all of our Veterinary Practices as required.
Roles and Responsibilities
* Welcoming and registering new customers.
* Booking in customers and ensuring they receive gold standard care.
* Answering the telephone and dealing with a range of customer queries.
* Managing customer expectations regarding wait time.
* Administration duties e.g. scanning paperwork, filling in forms.
* Taking payments.
* Promoting offers and services.
Experience Required
* Confident using the telephone.
* Reception or Client Care experience.
* Cash handling and till operation.
* Previous experience of working in a veterinary/doctors surgery (Desirable).
* IT skills – confident in the use of Word, Excel and Outlook as a minimum.
