The Role:
As our new KS2 Teacher, you will be responsible for:
* Planning and delivering engaging, high-quality lessons aligned with the UK National Curriculum, fostering a love for learning and critical thinking in our pupils.
* Creating a dynamic and stimulating classroom environment that promotes collaboration, independence, and a positive attitude towards education.
* Assessing pupil progress effectively, providing constructive feedback, and adapting teaching strategies to meet diverse learning needs, including preparing pupils for statutory assessments.
* Implementing strong classroom and behaviour management strategies to ensure a productive and harmonious learning space.
* Collaborating effectively with colleagues, parents, and the wider school community to support the holistic development of every child.
* Contributing to the overall positive ethos and values of our school.
About You:
* You hold UK Qualified Teacher Status (QTS).
* You have recent experience teaching in a UK primary setting, with a specific focus on Key Stage 2 (KS2).
* You possess excellent classroom and behaviour management skills.
* You are passionate about KS2 education and dedicated to supporting the academic and personal growth of older primary learners.
* You are adaptable, professional, and possess strong communication and interpersonal skills.
* ECTs are encouraged to apply and will receive comprehensive support.
