My client are a SME Main Contractor.
The Role - Senior Project Manager (Residential Fit Out) - Perm or Freelance.
My client are currently looking to appoint a Senior Project Manager, for a large project in Southampton.
You will need to have a background in Major Refurbishment, with full resi fit out projects.
Works period 12 months design and build, with a possible other building added to extend it to 18 months approx (70 apartments with some retail on ground level.)
* Develop and manage project programmes and timelines.
* Control budgets and monitor costs.
* Coordinate contractors, suppliers, and internal teams.
* Ensure compliance with health, safety, and quality standards
* Conduct regular progress reporting.
