Day-to-day of the role:
* Provide administrative and legal support to fee earners in the Private Client team.
* Draft legal documents and correspondence.
* Manage client communications and maintain case files.
* Assist with the preparation of estate accounts and probate applications.
* Ensure compliance with internal procedures and regulatory requirements.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
* Previous experience in a legal assistant or legal secretary role, ideally within Private Client.
* Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
* Ability to manage multiple tasks and work to deadlines.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office and case management systems.
