Key Responsibilities: Deliver pre-planned lessons and provide dynamic, engaging learning experiences. Manage classroom behaviour effectively, using positive behaviour management strategies. Adapt teaching methods to support students with ASD, ADHD, SEMH Provide 1:1 and small group interventions to support student progress. Collaborate with SENCOs, support staff, and external professionals to create tailored learning plans. Requirements: QTS or HLTA certification is essential. Experience in teaching, covering, or supervising lessons in a SEN or PRU (Pupil Referral Unit) setting. Strong understanding of SEN and SEMH strategies to support diverse learning needs.
