Duties
* Manage daily office operations, including scheduling appointments and coordinating meetings.
* Handle incoming calls with professionalism, demonstrating excellent phone etiquette.
* Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently, ensuring all records are up to date.
* Maintain filing systems and assist with clerical duties as needed.
* Utilise Microsoft Office and Google Workspace applications for document creation, spreadsheets, and presentations.
* Process invoices and manage financial records using QuickBooks.
* Assist in the preparation of reports and presentations as required.
* Support team members with various administrative tasks to enhance productivity.
Qualifications
* Previous office experience is essential, with a background in administrative roles preferred.
* Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace applications.
* Familiarity with QuickBooks is advantageous but not mandatory.
* Excellent organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively.
* Strong typing skills with attention to detail for accurate data entry.
* Demonstrated clerical experience with a focus on maintaining confidentiality and professionalism in all interactions.
