The Opportunity
You will lead the launch of a flagship London site and build the operational blueprint for UK expansion.
You will:
* Open and stabilise a high-volume London flagship
* Recruit, train and energise a high-performing team of multi-site and restaurant level.
* Drive labour discipline without compromising guest experience
* Embed brand standards from day one
* Build leadership capability for scale
* Create the cadence, rhythm and accountability structure for growth
What We Are Looking For
* Experience opening high-volume London sites with a track record of overseeing expansion and openings.
* Full P&L accountability
* Branded casual dining or QSR, premium!
* Experience operating in high-rent, high-footfall environments
* Strong multi-site or scalable operational leadership
