Overview
This role will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service within a food and beverage environment to university staff, students and external customers. The role will involve the preparation, delivery and service of lunches, banquets and delivered catering to an agreed departmental standard. In addition, this role will include assisting with the training and development of the casual team.
Responsibilities
* Provide front-of-house hospitality and customer service in a food and beverage environment.
* Prepare, deliver and service lunches, banquets and delivered catering to the established departmental standards.
* Assist with the training and development of casual team members.
* Work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
Qualifications
* Front-of-house experience in a hospitality environment.
* Demonstrated ability to deliver excellent customer service.
* Ability to work both alone and as part of a team.
* Basic Health and Safety experience within a food and beverage environment.
