Studio Production Manager Mongoose is looking for a Studio Production Manager who can sit at the centre of our creative, production and account teams; keeping projects moving, ideas flowing and shoots, and design running smoothly. You’ll be the person who knows what’s happening, where it’s happening, who’s doing it, and what they need to make it great. Full-time · London (hybrid) About the job As our Studio Production Manager, you’ll oversee the entire journey of a project; briefing, ideation support, pre-production, shoot logistics, freelancer management, through to post-production, delivery and design traffic. You’ll manage creative traffic, maintain processes, unblock challenges, track deadlines, and ensure the right people are on the right jobs at the right time. You’ll also be given the chance to collaborate closely with creatives, producers, editors, clients and the wider Mongoose team - acting as both organizer, enabler and creative producer, ensuring every piece of content is delivered efficiently and to a high standard. About you Core competencies Experience managing workflow, traffic, or production within a creative, content, or marketing environment. Demonstrated ability to run projects end-to-end, from brief and ideation support through to pre-production, shoots and post-production delivery. Confident coordinating multiple stakeholders (creative, client, production, post, freelance partners). Proven capability to manage logistics, schedules, resources, equipment and suppliers in a fast-moving studio. Manage freelancer database and freelancers. Creative Process Support Participate in ideation sessions and help shape output development. Support light scripting and content shaping (where useful). Ensure design briefs are clear, well-structured, and followed throughout the project. Logistics, Kit & Location Management Manage studio kit bookings, and rental coordination. Book shoot locations and secure permissions as needed. Technical skills Proficient with project management tools such as Monday.com, Asana, Notion, Trello or equivalent. Comfortable using Microsoft Office. Familiarity with production tools is a bonus. Working understanding of post-production workflows - file formats, delivery specs, asset management, version control. Helpful but not essential: basic competency in Adobe Creative Cloud (Premiere Pro, Illustrator, Photoshop) for file handling and review. Soft skills Organised - able to bring order, prioritisation and clarity to busy studio environments. Calm under pressure, with a solutions-first mindset and the ability to troubleshoot on the fly. Strong communicator who can translate needs between teams, and give clear direction without friction. Comfortable navigating creative personalities and production realities - able to say “no” when needed, and “let’s find a way” when that’s better. Proactive, curious, and naturally collaborative - someone people trust to keep things on track. High standards for detail, quality control, and process excellence. Team & Communication Ability to build strong relationships across creative, production, and client teams. Confident leading check-ins, running through timelines, and maintaining momentum across multiple projects. Approaches teamwork with empathy, openness and a willingness to support wherever needed. Equally comfortable working independently, taking ownership and driving progress without handholding. Apply for the job Do you want to join our team as our new Studio Production Manager?
