Job Description:
StartupTechLaw is expanding into the UK and is seeking a qualified lawyer with experience in startup and corporate law to lead the effort. This role is suitable for someone considering launching their own practice but would prefer to do so with infrastructure, resources, and support already in place.
As our UK Partner, you would advise startup clients, develop the local practice, and help build a legal team. We will support you with client referrals, operational support, legal oversight, and access to proprietary legal AI tools—designed to increase efficiency and deliver high-quality service.
There is no capital investment or financial contribution required from you. We provide the foundation so you can focus on building a practice without taking on the risk alone!
We are especially interested in candidates who have founded a company or worked closely with startups and understand early-stage legal work. This is a leadership opportunity supported by a proven firm.

Qualifications
* Experience in Startup and Corporate Law
* Proven track record advising startups
* Entrepreneurial mindset
* Experience with SEIS/EIS funding schemes and UK early-stage investments
* Excellent contract drafting and negotiation skills
* Ability to work independently and remotely
* Exceptional communication skills
* Detail-oriented and organized
* Business acumen and startup ecosystem knowledge
* Qualified solicitor in the UK
