Our mission in the community Dietetic team is to use a patient-centred approach to make a meaningful impact by educating, empowering and supporting. We enable people to feel seen and heard. This is a busy role, so candidates will need to be highly motivated and have a flexible approach to their role to ensure the needs of the service are met. You will need to be able to work under pressure using your own initiative. It is vital that you have strong and confident communication skills when liaising with patients, carers and relatives and other health care professionals and the ability to develop good working relationships with a wide range of professionals working across health and social care.
