Ecommerce Executive – Play Sports Network (PSN)
Are you an Ecommerce professional who thrives on owning the full lifecycle of an online store - from product creation to trading, optimisation, and customer growth?
At Play Sports Network (PSN), we’re looking for an Ecommerce Executive to take ownership of our Shopify stores across some of the world’s most-loved cycling and endurance sports brands, including Global Cycling Network (GCN), Global Mountain Bike Network (GMBN), Global Tri Network (GTN), and EMBN.
This is a stand-alone, end-to-end role where you’ll shape our ecommerce offering: working with creative teams to develop exciting products, trading and optimising the website, analysing performance, and driving growth by converting existing audiences while attracting new customers.
What You’ll Be Doing
End-to-End Ecommerce Ownership
* Own the day-to-day commercial performance of our Shopify stores, ensuring they are optimised, engaging, and fully up to date.
* Take responsibility for the full ecommerce lifecycle: product development → launch → trading → performance analysis → optimisation.
Product Development & Merchandising
* Collaborate with designers, videographers, and content teams to develop products and campaigns that excite our audience.
* Manage product launches, promotions, bundles, and collections, using data to inform merchandising strategies.
* Monitor product performance and feed insights back to support future product development and range decisions.
Trading, Optimisation & Analytics
* Analyse Shopify and Google Analytics data to understand product performance, customer behaviour, and conversion drivers.
* Continuously optimise the website — including homepages, collections, and product pages — to improve conversion rates and average order value.
* Plan and execute trading activity around key moments, seasonal opportunities, and product launches.
Growth, Acquisition & Customer Engagement
* Work with internal teams across email, content, social, affiliates, and paid media to attract new customers and re-engage existing ones.
* Use data to understand which channels and campaigns deliver the best commercial outcomes, feeding insights into product and website decisions.
* Balance acquisition with retention to maximise revenue from our global audience.
Operations, Supply Chain & Customer Experience
* Coordinate with supply chain and fulfilment teams to ensure stock aligns with trading plans and campaign schedules.
* Collaborate with customer service to deliver a seamless end-to-end customer experience.
* Ensure stores are accurately maintained across multiple languages and currencies.

What We’re Looking For
* 3+ years’ experience in ecommerce, with responsibility for driving commercial performance.
* Strong Shopify experience, including product management, merchandising, and reporting.
* Data-driven mindset - confident using analytics to inform decisions and optimise performance.
* Experience working cross-functionally with design, content, operations, and technical teams.
* Comfortable taking ownership and delivering results autonomously.
* Experience with growth-oriented initiatives, including customer acquisition, retention, and campaign performance.
* Passion for cycling, sports, or active lifestyles is a bonus, not required.
