ERP Business Development Manager

This is a new business sales role where you will be selling the NetSuite Software portfolio of solutions together with the full range of services provided by RSM. You will be selling into the mid‑tier and corporate markets across a number of business sectors. You will assist in planning, developing and implementation of the strategy to meet sales budgets, plans and targets within agreed timescales.
You will work closely with Head of Sales, Presales, Consulting and Marketing support teams and you are responsible for the achievement of your annual sales target.
You will make an impact by:
- Plan and prioritise personal sales activities and prospecting contact towards achieving agreed sales targets and business aims.
- Plan and manage personal business portfolio according to an agreed market development strategy.
- Manage software and services mix, pricing and margins in accordance with the published price list to achieve sales targets.
- Develop and win new customers through appropriate engagement and ethical sales methods ensuring you optimise the quality of service, business growth and client satisfaction.
What we are looking for:
- Experience in selling ERP Solutions is essential.
- Experience in selling CRM/Financials solutions in a pure New Business Sales Role.
- Experience in selling Software and Services, ERP and a proven track record of selling to C level executives.
- Be within a reasonable commute and have a willingness to work from the Crewe Office.
- Excellent sales, negotiation, presentation and problem‑solving skills.
- Ability to work autonomously and to work within a team environment to build strong relationships both internally and externally.
- Good business acumen and a professional manner with the ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
