This key role involves the delivery of excellent pastoral care to the pupils. As a Pastoral Manager, you will focus on student well-being, safeguarding, attendance, and behaviour management. You will be required to process data through established systems (e.g. CPOMS) and procedures and input information into schools MIS system (Arbor) accurately and in a timely manner.
