This position will work across different sites in the Manchester region (Old Trafford, Altrincham, Sale, Cheadle, Knutsford, Warrington, Bolton), Monday to Friday, 40 hours per week. Having a car will be beneficial as you will be traveling between sites.

Job purpose:
The Host role is central as the face of Bruntwood, being the first point of contact for clients and tenants. You should be approachable, enjoy speaking with people, and building relationships. Experience from hospitality, retail, or cabin crew backgrounds is highly desirable.
What will you be doing?
* Responding to resource requests and exceeding customer expectations
* Providing excellent customer experience within the building
* Building and maintaining professional relationships with customers
* Being the primary contact for visitors and customers
* Supporting events and meetings within the building
* Facilitating customer viewings to support sales
* Hosting meeting rooms, co-working spaces, lounges, and other amenities, maintaining high standards
* Managing workload effectively between desk tasks and customer engagement
* Updating systems with customer intelligence to support sales and retention
* Engaging with colleagues and other departments
* Promoting wellbeing in the workplace
* Continuously improving processes to add value and simplify customer interactions
* Applying energy, drive, and knowledge to inspire colleagues and deliver excellent service

* Experience in administration, managing enquiries mailbox
