Role: Labware Engineer

Job Description:
Outstanding computer troubleshooting skills for obscure issues, ranging from device connectivity, network issues, and laboratory software issues
Background with End-user Computing or Desktop Support skills essential. Break/Fix consists of 80% of a Lab Engineer's workload
Understanding of Networking concepts, such as network topography, VLANSs, Static/Dynamic IPs, Subnetting, IT/OT Networks, and basic understanding of Firewalls. Candidate should be familiar with the OSI model and how to troubleshoot different network layers
Knowledge and understanding of Active Directory required
D2D and/or project support
AGILE ways of working necessary
Implement the validated data backup solution on laboratory analytical equipment (equipment and software investigation, documentation, technical configuration) within R&D (GxP and non-GxP)
Support for scientists in incident management, user support and coaching, access management
