We're looking an dynamic and experienced individual to join our 2AA rosette restaurant and cocktail bar "La Brasserie" as a Restaurant Supervisor Managing both front-of-house and kitchen operations, ensuring that our team works cohesively to provide outstanding service to our guests.
What You'll Do:
* Supervise daily restaurant operations, ensuring high standards of service and food quality.
* Lead, train, and motivate staff, ensuring a positive team environment.
* Oversee food preparation and kitchen management, collaborating closely with chefs.
* Manage inventory levels, ordering supplies as needed to maintain efficient operations.
* Implement health and safety regulations, ensuring compliance with food safety standards.
* Handle customer inquiries and complaints professionally to enhance guest satisfaction.
* Assist in creating menus that reflect current trends while meeting customer preferences.
* Monitor financial performance, including budgeting and cost control measures.
What We're Looking For:
* Proven experience in a restaurant management role or similar supervisory position within the hospitality industry.
* Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and manage a diverse team effectively.
* Knowledge of food preparation techniques and kitchen operations is essential.
* Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a focus on customer service.
* Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as required by the business needs.

* Shifts are from 15:00 until finish, approximately 40 hours a week, zero hour contract.
