The role
As a Sales Valuer, your primary responsibility is to generate valuation leads, attend valuations, and convert opportunities into new instructions, all while delivering a first-class customer experience.
You’ll be the face of the business, using your market knowledge and sales skills to build trust, win business, and help grow market share.
The successful Sales Valuer will be offered:
* Basic salary up to £30,000 (dependent on experience)
* OTE of £50,000+

We’re looking for a Sales Valuer with:
* At least 1 year of experience in residential property valuing/listing
* Ideally, strong knowledge of the Stowmarket property market
* A highly driven, target-focused, and self-motivated attitude
* Professional presentation and a confident, personable approach
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills
* A full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle
