Purpose of the Role:
You will be a true Brand Ambassador who interacts easily with a broad range of customers. You will promote customer service excellence, manage the customer journey in-store, and provide engaging styling options to meet customer needs. You will work hard to exceed customer expectations and support store KPIs through personal productivity.
Responsibilities
* Deliver an exceptional customer experience by following the Moss Essential Steps of Service: greet, listen, and confidently offer bespoke advice while selling in a professional and passionate way.
* Maximise sales and service goals by maintaining high productivity and elevating every interaction, contributing to business KPIs.
* Maintain strong product knowledge for services including Hire, Custom Made, Retail, Alterations, and Ship from Store, and apply this knowledge to tailor the customer experience.
* Be aware of external opportunities to improve store performance and enhance service based on feedback from Feefo and Mystery Shops.
* Assist management with stockroom and back area housekeeping, receive deliveries, handle stock, and follow stock & cash control procedures to minimise loss.
* Follow the appointment process using the appointed platform and ensure customers are contacted prior to visits with status information recorded accurately.
Qualifications & What You’ll Need
* Technical: Basic product knowledge; understanding features, benefits, and store products; familiarity with POS systems, cash tills, card processing, and inventory management.
* About You: Reflect Moss’s aesthetic through personal style; demonstrate continuous self-improvement, resilience, and time management; outstanding communication to inspire and build relationships with colleagues and customers; embody Moss values in daily responsibilities.
