Are you a detail-driven finance professional with a passion for numbers and process? We’re looking for a Sales Ledger Administrator to join our collaborative and fast-paced finance team. What You’ll Be Doing
* Processing customer orders and updating the ledger
* Sending customer statements and daily performance stats
* Reviewing aged debt and preparing weekly/monthly reports
* Reconciling accounts and supporting month-end close
* Managing Tesco ASNs & Iceland Directs
* Assisting with payroll and purchase ledger when needed
* Preparing daily KPI reports for senior management
* Supporting general office and finance tasks as required
What You’ll Bring
* Experienced in working with large, process-driven organisations
* Organised, accurate, and confident with numbers
* A strong communicator—both written and verbal
* A team player who thrives in a collaborative environment
* Proactive and able to manage a varied workload
* Working within a food manufacturing environment would be advantageous
Skills & Experience
* Minimum 5 GCSEs including Maths and English
* Experience with Sage Line 50 and Microsoft Excel is a bonus
* Previous experience in finance or customer service is desirable
