I attend specialist education, and my support workers accompany me to school. I get out and about in the community with my adapted vehicle, which I love. I live with my family in rented accommodation in Cheshire, and I will move to my forever home in the future.
I will eventually live at two locations as my parents will have shared custody of me. You will be required to work from both sites. I have a 24-hour care package with a ratio of 2:1 during the day and 1:1 at night, with 8 team members at the moment.
