A well-established company based in Sunbury are currently recruiting for a Bookkeeper.
This is a permanent part time position with onsite parking. 3 full days per week
Responsibilities will include:
* Payroll
* Balancing bank accounts through online banking.
* Purchase ledger
* Invoicing customers
* Reconciling customer accounts
* Credits/refunds
* Paying suppliers
* Chasing payment / putting customers’ accounts on hold
* Digital Tax
* HMRC
* Reclaiming import VAT
* Pensions (NEST)
* P60/P45 generation
* Employee Holidays
* Sending figures and information to our Accounting Company
* Filing in a professional manner
* Strong computer skills, excel, word, outlook
* Must be fluent in English, spoken and written
