Since opening in Canary Wharf in 2017, Thunderbird has gone from strength to strength and attracted a following of thousands of devoted fried chicken enthusiasts. We’ve got some big plans for growth in London (and beyond) this year, so we’re looking for some like-minded people who share our passion for serving great food and giving all our guests an unparalleled experience.
