For the successful Customer Service Executive our client is offering:
* £25,000 Per Annum
* Monday to Friday 9am - 5:30pm
* Permanent Role

The role - Customer Service Executive:
* Work closely with key customer accounts, processing new orders and managing existing orders
* Liaise with the sales manager regarding new opportunities
* Provide after-sales support to all key account contacts
* Manage new queries and quotations for customers
* Follow-up enquiries to create new sales opportunities
* Ensure excellent customer service
What our client is looking for in a Customer Service Executive:
* Previous experience working within a similar customer service or administrative support role - ESSENTIAL
* SAP or Sage knowledge - DESIRABLE
* Knowledge of the supply and/or manufacturing industry - DESIRABLE
* Organised, adaptable, and thrives in a fast-paced, multi-tasking environment - ESSENTIAL
