This role is based at Hall Cliffe School, an independent specialist day school providing high quality education for boys and girls in Wakefield. The school meets the needs of a diverse group of pupils with complex learning needs, social and emotional difficulties, and challenging behaviours.
As part of a multi‑disciplinary clinical team you will support educational and residential colleagues to provide therapeutic learning environments and offer individualised interventions based on clinical assessment and formulation. You will provide consultation, workshops, training and guidance to the educational and residential teams around our children.
Supporting educational and residential colleagues with therapeutic living and learning environments; developing interventions; provide consultation, workshops and training; collaborate across schools and children’s homes to ensure therapeutic support permeates education, care and support; supervise, engage in clinical development; build relationships with a 220+ strong multidisciplinary team.
